Enhancing INSEAD’s visibility and influence
As of May 2019, Grayling France is the public relations agency for INSEAD, “””” The Business School for the World”®. Our missions: to increase its notoriety and to show how the school participates in an economic development that respects strong environmental and societal values.
We have achieved excellent results, thanks to our constant proactivity and a communications approach that capitalizes on the expertise of a selection of key INSEAD stakeholders (Dean Ilian Mihov, Associate Dean Peter Zemsky, professors, alumni, etc.) through interviews, speaking opportunities and opinion pieces. Communication also promotes INSEAD’s numerous initiatives and projects: launch of new MBA programs or courses, participation in major international events (Davos, COP26, ChangeNow, etc.), publication of international studies, the “Force for Good” campaign, news from the Fontainebleau campus, initiatives of the “Global Hoffmann Institute for business and society”, etc.

Positioning SOLIDEO as a major player of the 2024 Olympic Games
Since December 2019, SOLIDEO, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games’ Delivery Authority, has accompanied Grayling France in one of its key missions: its institutional communication and institutional digital communication.
Our contribution alongside SOLIDEO is vast: supporting its institutional and crisis communication strategy and PR operations, e-reputation management, media training, social networks strategy, creation and delivery of digital content, redesign of the institutional website, etc.
We thus support SOLIDEO on a daily basis in its communication towards its various stakeholders and during its major events all along the year, both in Paris and all over France.

Strengthening the local profiles of HP Inc. and HPE
After HP split in HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Inc. asked Grayling France to create and develop its PA activity. After identifying its stakes (recycling, electronic waste, private copying, counterfeiting,..), among our missions, we have set up a tailored program for its French managers and followed the major bills/topics: Digital Bill, Digital Plan for Education, Commission’s works on Private Copying, regulatory follow-up after the law on the Energy Transition… We have then positioned HP Inc. as a leader and a key influencer in the innovation/digital field and enhanced its reputation.
Grayling France has also accompanied HPE since 2019 in its relationships with national and local public authorities through a comprehensive approach combining weekly monitorings, speaking opportunities, briefing notes and preparation of events and meetings – Congrès de Régions de France, Choose France, etc. – and supported HPE in the organisation of the Sustainability Summit: identification of speakers, briefings, etc.

Proactive communication to position Wish as an e-commerce key player
Wish has become the world’s largest m-commerce platform, with an annual turnover of $2 billion and one of the most downloaded shopping apps.
Wish’s first main challenge has been a reputational one on the various European markets, including France. From January 2019, Grayling France set up a regular media monitoring to identify strong and weak signals possibly affecting the brand and carried out a mapping of stakeholders (associations, regulators, political and public sphere), as wall as a media mapping and developed a message platform.
Since then, Grayling France has undertaken thought leadership activities to entrench Wish’s position as one of the most innovative and exciting ecommerce platforms on the French market including corporate and consumer differentiating communications tactics.
