Our leadership team

Paul has wide experience in communications and marketing, advising many blue chip and international clients across all geographies and services. He previously enjoyed a 20-year career with Hill & Knowlton Inc, the global communications consultancy, including nine years as its Chairman and CEO.

Having worked both in the UK and in Asia, Sarah’s experience spans top corporate entities, leading multinational corporations and global consumer brands. Sarah joined Grayling to lead the strategic direction, coordination, corporate and crisis work for PayPal globally, and was later promoted to CEO of UK and Ireland. In September 2020, her role was extended to oversee the Grayling business globally.

Richard Jukes has 30 years’ experience in public affairs, working both for specialist political agencies and as an adviser to former Cabinet Ministers and the Leader of the Opposition. Richard joined Grayling Communications in September 2010 and took on the role of Global Chairman in September 2020. In addition to this role, he provides strategic leadership counsel to a number of national and internationals clients.

Jo has been with Grayling since 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience working in finance spanning operational and strategic management roles. In 2009, Jo took on the role as Group Commercial FC overseeing Grayling markets globally. In 2017, Jo was promoted to CFO overseeing the UK, Middle East & Africa, in 2019 her role was extended to oversee Grayling markets globally.
