Some of the brands who choose to work with us in Poland

Supporting the comms of the #1 shopping centre owner in Poland
EPP has been our Client since 2018. During the first stage of cooperation we were responsible for creating its communications strategy whose goal is the growth of the company’s brand recognition and development of the positive image of its property portfolio.
Currently, we run the whole range of EPP’s comms activities, including corporate, product and crisis PR. We are responsible for positioning its experts and EPP itself as the leader on the Polish market, and for the event and marketing activities of its office properties. Moreover we supported EPP in communicating its takeover of the M1 Portfolio (12 properties) on 9 markets. The transaction, valued at 692 mln euro, was one of the biggest deals in the history of the Polish shopping centre market.

PR services for a leader in consumer electronics
We have cooperated with Sony since 2012. During that time we have been responsible for developing strategic communication planning, positioning Sony as one of consumer electronics leaders in Poland.
Our team is a sole owner of all media and influencer relations. We handle incoming media inquiries, create appropriate media climate, run on-line press office platform and organise media press trips and events. Also, our consultants coordinate a substantial journalist testing programme which covers over 100 Sony products a year.
Moreover we support PR and media relations related to Sony’s presence at the most important industry events such as (but not limited to) Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, IFA in Berlin and the Sony World Photography Awards.

Communication of Statoil's fuel stations rebranding as Circle K
In 2015, Canadian Alimentation Couche-Tard Group (owner of Statoil in Poland) decided that Circle K would become the chain’s global brand. In Poland, this meant a 12-month rebranding process affecting over 350 petrol stations all around the country. The task set for us was to build the recognizability and trust in the new foreign-sounding name ”Circle K” from scratch among loyal franchisees, fleets, and Statoil customers in Poland in just 12 months, while simultaneously supporting sales and business goals.
We formulated an integrated communication strategy based on corporate communication, personalized communication to local communities, organization of B2B and employee events and product communication through well-known products.
Comprehensive communication activities resulted in achievement of both business (increased number of clients) and image goals (increase of brand’s recognition by 940% to the assumed target after 12 months).

Levelling the playing field in the taxi market
In 2018, the taxi market landscape in Poland was divided between traditional and legal taxi corporations, and modern disruptors which were loved by the public but which were operating without proper licences. The taxi drivers were supported by the authorities who planned to eliminate modern ride-hailing apps from the market.
Our task was to find a compromise between the two business models, as our client was both compliant with the law and offered modern services through an app.
By helping decision-makers better understand the matter at hand, as well as educating drivers and the broader public, the Level the playing field for the taxi market campaign helped to deliver the legislative outcome our client needed, while creating a level playing field for all market participants and permitting the use of the latest technology.
