At the heart of our approach is intelligent storytelling.
Every outstanding company possesses a compelling narrative—your purpose, your values, the challenges that drive you, the ambitions that propel you. This narrative distinguishes you from your competitors.
Your story is your hidden advantage.
We refine it, amplify it, and ensure it resonates with the right audience at the opportune time. This could be other businesses, consumers, or governmental entities—all strategically informed by data. That’s intelligent storytelling. That’s influence.
The power of a well-crafted narrative can shift opinions, transform behaviours, increase sales, and alter business trajectories.
That is our mission for you.
We pioneered the international agency presence in Romania and remain one of the few genuinely full-service agencies in the region.
We are uniquely positioned, equipped with the capability, expertise, and network to deliver integrated corporate communication, public affairs, and public relation services at consistently high standards.
Our Bucharest team is carefully selected to form a synergistic intelligence collective, with expertise spanning management consulting, journalism, government relations, public sector, and marketing.
Supported by our affiliations with 30 other Grayling teams worldwide, our network is extensive. This potent combination of global experience and local insight has enabled us to cultivate enduring relationships with clients such as Bolt, Google, IKEA, Netflix, and Visa Inc. , enhancing their brand value and revenues.

Our Work
Drafting the ride hailing bill with Coalition for Digital Economy
Grayling was driving the campaign for the regulation of ride-hailing services in Romania. From drafting the new piece of legislation and defending it from detractors, to lobbying decision makers to adopt it, our consultants worked around the clock to successfully pass regulations that become an example of good practice in the European Union.
Nothing was easy: every phrase of the text was heavily negotiated between industry, regulators and taxi unions; a coalition of support was built with users, drivers and mobility supporters; and a digital campaign was employed, including a public petition that was signed by over 400,000 people.
At present, there are five operators authorized in Romania, but only Uber and Bolt offer the classic RS services; and more than 40,000 vehicles as the services expanded to almost all Romanian major cities.
The launch of the Danube Delta on Google Street View
Our brief was to put more than 1200 km of channels and dirt roads of the Danube Delta on Google Street View, and share its beauty with the world on Google Maps.
We invited YouTube creators and journalists from eight CEE countries to come on a trip to the middle of Danube Delta to show them the Google Street View trekker in action, collecting the images. We showed them how Google technology can help people discover the world they live in, its beauty and fragility, and how to respect it and protect it. While the Street View trekker explained technology, and trained our guests in using Google’s tools useful for travelling, representatives of WWF introduced them to the conservation and preservation of the Danube Delta’s nature, wildlife and traditions.
Boosting card payments in the public sector with VISA
Grayling was asked to change the Romanian authorities’ behavior regarding card payments, promoting them as an efficient way to boost public budget revenue and cut down shadow economy.
We drafted a comprehensive Public Affairs strategy centered on digital solutions for local tax and social benefits payments. Our consultants followed an extensive engagement plan, touching base with central and local decision makers across the country; drafted the necessary regulatory changes; and used media relation to promote and sustain these changes.
The results were remarkable: ghiseul.ro, the online platform for tax collection was resuscitated and got momentum, while the Parliament adopted a new luncheon vouchers bill, allowing the use of payment cards for their distribution.
PokerStars YouTube Poker Combat - regional campaign mixing live & online poker
A complete poker game experience for three popular vloggers and their communities, mixing both online and live poker.
We identified three leading vloggers to take part and set up Fan Tournamnets for them, enabling them to play with their communities in two tournaments: a freeroll and a 1$ buy-in (six tournaments in total).
These tournaments led to Online Finals – one with the vloggers competing against each other, and one that saw the top 20% of the fans from each of the six Fan Tournaents compete.
We then staged a Live Final at PSC Prague, with the winning fan and YouTuber teaming up to represent Romania against winners from Czech Republic and Germany.
