Grayling Appoints Maury Postal as EVP, Creative Strategy and Innovation Services, North America
May 7th, 2026
Grayling is pleased to welcome Maury Postal as Executive Vice President, Creative Strategy and Innovation Services for its North America business, further strengthening the region’s leadership team at a time when companies face growing complexity in how they build visibility, shape reputation and tell stories that break through across markets.
The appointment reflects Grayling’s continued expansion in the region and its focus on helping organizations navigate a communications environment where creative strategy, digital storytelling and AI-driven discoverability help shape reputation, stakeholder confidence and business outcomes. Grayling North America works with multinational companies investing in the region as well as U.S.-based companies with domestic and global communications needs across stakeholders, channels and markets.
“Maury brings a strong combination of creative judgment, AI fluency and storytelling discipline,” said Esty Pujadas, CEO, North America, Grayling. “He understands that brand visibility, adoption and reputation depend both on the strength of their story and on how it resonates across platforms, audiences and AI-informed systems. His appointment reflects the evolving needs of companies working in this environment.”
In this role, Postal will lead creative strategy and innovation services for Grayling North America, with a focus on communications that perform in an AI-shaped world. He brings a considered approach to AI, evolving how stories are informed, built, and distributed. His work spans AEO and GEO, helping clients create communications that resonate with audiences and show up in the systems that increasingly shape what gets seen, surfaced and trusted.
“The way organizations are understood has changed,” said Postal. “Earned communications have to resonate with human decision makers and perform in the systems that increasingly shape what gets found and trusted. The goal is work that does both, well.”
Postal brings more than 18 years of experience spanning creative strategy, storytelling, digital innovation and AI-driven communications. His work ranges from concepting and producing AUTONOMY, a feature film with Malcolm Gladwell that premiered at SXSW, to directing AI, search and misinformation strategy across one of the world’s largest consumer goods portfolios. He has built enterprise storytelling programs for global brands including American Express, Audi, Ford, Genesis, P&G, Synchrony and Japan Airlines, and developed AI visibility and GEO/AEO frameworks across consumer goods, financial services and technology.
Postal will be based in New York and report to Esty Pujadas, CEO, North America, Grayling.
