London, 17th March: To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Grayling UK is proud to announce a new partnership with Lexxic, a leading consultancy dedicated to empowering neurodivergent talent in the workplace. This collaboration is a key step in Grayling’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture where all employees can thrive. The partnership highlights the growing importance of neurodiversity in communications, supporting diverse ways of thinking and experiences as essential for shaping effective campaigns and meaningful client work.

This is the first time Grayling UK has undertaken an initiative of this scale in the neurodiversity space. Over the next six months, the programme will run across Grayling’s nine UK offices, in which Lexxic will provide education, resources, and practical tools to better support neurodivergent colleagues. The aim is to raise awareness and understanding through line management training, discovery workshops, toolkits and HR support, equipping Grayling with strategies to support neurodivergent team members effectively.

Following this initial phase, Grayling UK will work with Lexxic to develop a long-term framework and action plan to ensure that neurodiversity awareness and best practices are fully embedded into ways of working.

Grayling’s UK CEO, Heather Blundell, said: “Partnering with Lexxic is an important step in ensuring that neurodivergent colleagues are supported, valued, and empowered to bring their strengths to the business. This initiative is not just about education, it’s about action, and we are excited to work with Lexxic to make lasting change. This programme will help us build a workplace where different ways of thinking are not just accepted, but truly valued.”

Tom Vodden, Consulting Business Psychologist at Lexxic said: “The communications industry thrives on diverse perspectives, and neurodivergent individuals bring immense value to creative problem-solving, storytelling, and innovation. We’re thrilled to be working with Grayling UK as they take real, meaningful steps towards ensuring neuro-inclusive practices are embedded throughout the organisation. This programme will ensure that talent is recognised for its strengths, not held back by outdated workplace structures.”
