Grayling UK Launches Grayling Connect
Mai 30th, 2024
Grayling UK has announced a new division called Grayling Connect, which will focus on employee engagement and change communication.
Recent research from LinkedIn has found that only one in five members of Generation Z (those aged under 27) have spoken to someone over the age of 50 at work in the past year, while 44 per cent of over-55s have avoided conversations with the youngest generation.
Grayling Connect will oversee internal comms and change management for its clients by creating and delivering data- and insight-driven strategies to increase engagement and growth for brands.
Grayling said the division will bolster its integrated advisory capabilities and work across its wider client portfolio to deliver employee proposition programmes.
Supported by the appointment of internal communications specialist Rachel Tolhurst (pictured), Grayling Connect will also be run by Charlotte Harvey, head of its UK corporate practice, and supported by other teams across the business.
“There are five generations in the workplace for the first time in history, so there couldn’t be a better time for us to launch Connect and support the future growth of organisations by bridging the generational gap among employees,” said Heather Blundell, chief executive of Grayling UK.
She added: “Business must build relationships that are two-way, real and trusted. Grayling Connect will enable our clients to go beyond conventional approaches to empower employers to foster their talent and deliver engaging and impactful internal engagement strategies.”
