UK Women’s Network

Grayling’s UK Women’s Network is a supportive community for all women, fostering connection and learning. It empowers women across our 9 UK offices and the communications industry, aiming to eliminate bias and discrimination while addressing key barriers.

LGBTQ+

We support and celebrate all gender and sexual identities, creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves. Our group promotes allyship, ensuring every voice is heard and fostering a sense of belonging.

Accordience people of colour(APOC)

We celebrate cultural diversity, respect all cultures, and promotes visibility and representation. Our focus includes mentorship and professional development to help members reach their full potential.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Our Employee Resource Group for Wellbeing and Mental Health supports diverse health needs, including mental health and neurodiversity. We offer resources, training, and partnerships to break down stigmas, and foster a healthier, more inclusive workplace.

Parenting

This group offers resources and support to help parents thrive both personally and professionally. We champion equality, flexible working arrangements, and assist with smooth transitions back to work after maternity or paternity leave.
