OUR PARTNERSHIPS
We’re proud to partner with expert organisations: Creative Access, Lexxic Neurodiversity Experts, PR Mums, the Global Purpose Enterprise and Mevitae to celebrate diversity and unlock potential.
GLOBAL PURPOSE ENTERPRISE
We are proud to have a partnership with the Global Purpose Enterprise (GPE) and to be one of the founding members of their PRGRSS app. Andre Spence, GPE founder, also sits on the Grayling Senior Advisory board. This collaboration expands career opportunities for marginalised individuals in the public relations sector.
CREATIVE ACCESS
Our partnership with Creative Access empowers underrepresented groups by providing greater access to media, communications, and creative sectors. With a number of placements across the UK, together, we offer hands-on experience and industry networks, nurturing the next generation of diverse voices.
MEVITAE
We are proud to be the first PR agency partnering with Mevitae, a leader in blind recruiting and D&I analytics. Our goal is to revolutionise hiring by using their platform to address unconscious bias in the workplace. Based on research, in partnership with Oxford University, CV anonymisation leads to an increased number of candidates being shortlisted, in a shorter space of time. Reports have also found that CV anonymisation doubles the talent pool and increases gender and ethnic diversity by over 30%.
PR MUMS
Our partnership with PR Mums addresses significant challenges faced by parents, particularly women, in returning to work after starting a family. With support from over 80 agencies, Grayling UK is proud to be a Founding Partner.
Our Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are crucial to our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They amplify underrepresented voices, provide a space for diverse perspectives, and raise awareness of DEI issues. ERGs foster education and understanding, driving meaningful dialogue and action towards a more inclusive workplace.
