Family-Friendly Policies
We offer five months fully paid maternity leave with a 5% return-to-work bonus. Two months paternity leave, and surrogacy/adoption leave are aligned to maternity. Our fertility policy provides five paid days annually for appointments (as a minimum) and our pregnancy and baby loss policy offers at least two fully paid weeks off work, regardless of circumstance or gender.
Birthday Day Off
Receive your birthday off every year in addition to your annual leave allowance. If your birthday lands on a weekend or bank holiday, you can take the nearest Friday or Monday off instead.
