Establishing Blue Bottle's leadership in specialty coffee in a new market
Entering Mainland China, Blue Bottle Coffee – a reputable brand in specialty coffee industry with no shortage of natural traffic – needs to better communicate its focus on coffee quality, rather than just becoming another internet sensation – and that’s what Grayling has achieved.
We divided the media into different tiers and customised our communication strategy, to produce in-depth content that reaches people through media influence. Without the budget for media cooperation, we communicated to the public the brand story of Blue Bottle far and wide through the opening of its first cafe in the market.
Boosting low profile B2B company ADM’s brand awareness in national big event CIIE
As one of the world’s top 500 companies, ADM is one of the big four dominant agriculture trading companies and a premier global leader in nutrition field. Despite its reputation in the industry, ADM China had a late start in communication and need to enhance its brand awareness and influence in the local market.

Promoting the 6th MOMCHILOVTSI Yogurt Culture Festival in China and Bulgaria
After a three-year break caused by COVID, collaborated with Bulgaria, Bright Dairy, MOMCHILOVTSI resumed holding the Momchilovtsi Bulgaria International Yogurt Cultural Festival in 2023. This year, faced with the challenge of expanding the festival’s domestic presence, Grayling helped Bright Dairy, MOMCHILOVTSI to bring traditional Chinese culture to Bulgaria, collaborate with KOL to create a social buzz in China, and maximise media exposure from top-tier outlets such as CCTV, Xinhua, and Xinmin. We have achieved the synergy between domestic and foreign, extending the Bulgarian yogurt culture that local people took pride in into China and reaching out to the world.
Establishing Huawei's leadership in retail
As a global leading consumer tech brand, Huawei has decided to strengthen its retail strategy to tie up the bonding with consumer and enhance their experience.
The Huawei Shenzhen Nanshan Store is the first flagship store globally, the opening campaign is not building the awareness of the store in local market but also promote the retail branding globally.
