Grayling Poland wins the Silver Paperclip (Novo Nordisk)

The ‘Focus on Success’ project developed by Grayling Poland for Novo Nordisk was awarded the Silver Paperclip in the internal communications category at a gala event in Warsaw on December 2nd. The Golden Paperclips, hosted by the Association of PR Companies in Poland (ZFPR), is the best known and most prestigious PR awards in Poland.

The Focus on Success project is an innovative internal communications campaign based on storytelling, the goal of which was to promote a coaching culture among Novo Nordisk’s employees in Central & Eastern Europe and the Baltics. The campaign included a variety of communications tools, including a blog run by a fictional manager, Stan Success, numerous graphic materials and a special competition using elements of gamification.

“The ‘Focus on Success’ campaign required both creativity as well as a professional knowledge of coaching culture. Our innovative solutions and know-how combined with the client’s support resulted in a one-of-a-kind internal communications project that not only became an important part of Novo Nordisk’s culture, but has now also gained recognition in the most important PR awards in Poland. It’s a great honour for us, especially as internal communications has always been an important part of Grayling Poland’s offer” said Klara Banaszewska, General Manager of Grayling Poland.

The ‘Golden Paperclips’ awards were initiated in 2003 by the Association of Public Relations Companies.
