Grayling shortlisted 3x for PRWeek’s 30 under 30

Three Grayling employees have made this year’s PRWeek 30 under 30 shortlist, announced today. The prestigious list showcases the most promising young comms professionals from across the UK. The shortlisted employees are in different teams based out of our London office, and were nominated by Grayling colleagues.

Alice McRoe is part of Grayling’s Creative Services division, IGNITE, and since joining Grayling a year ago has made a huge impact both personally and professionally. She has supported on multiple new business pitches while also consistently adding value to existing client accounts, supporting colleagues across the UK and the rest of the world. She is passionate not only about honing her own creative skills, but also inspiring creative expression within others, developing a series of methodologies and training initiatives that have been adopted across the business and are continuing to improve creative output.

Priya Shah is a Senior Account Manager for Grayling Engage, our specialist stakeholder, community and digital engagement practice. Priya works with some of our largest clients across a variety of industries and live sites and also uses her considerable network to source new opportunities. Priya is also the founder of BAME in Property and is a trusted commentator on ethnic diversity issues within the property industry, having advised or provided comments for numerous organisations including Homes England and the British Property Federation. Drawing on her experience of running BAME in Property, she has been integral in the development of Advantage for All, a global taskforce which ensures Grayling is actively encouraging and promoting diversity issues internally and externally.

Kate Fox is an Account Director in our Corporate team. Her time at Grayling so far has been defined by her contribution to creative and impactful campaigns, which drive real change and have prompted record breaking results for clients across corporate, health and consumer sectors. Kate looks at the world in a unique way, and her expertise in behavioural science has helped win new clients and retain and grow existing ones, whilst also extending to her impact on the team – her energy, enthusiasm and empathy are infectious, and she creates an atmosphere where junior staff are supported and the senior team know that projects are in safe hands.

As three of our employees have been named on the 30 Under 30 list, we have further been awarded a 30 Under 30 Star Employer Award. This award is granted to any employer with three or more entrants in 30 Under 30, and recognises Grayling as one of the best 30 Under 30 employers.
