How do you engage audiences for feedback?

The Challenge

​After the success of our 2021-2023 campaign ‘Because we All Care’, we were employed to launch the follow up ‘Share for Better Care’ campaign to encourage feedback on health services. The diversity of the audience and targeting restrictions meant we had to start where most online journeys do – search.

The Solution

We layered social campaigns with PPC to recapture audiences who turned to Google for information specific to their healthcare needs. We ran PPC and paid social campaigns simultaneously, using keywords and specific locations to target specific groups, who have experienced health and social care but are typically less likely to provide feedback. This achieved significant increases in traffic, CTR and conversions.
