Inclusive Futures: Grayling UK Partners with Creative Access

Grayling UK proudly announces its strategic partnership with Creative Access. This collaboration aims to empower underrepresented groups by providing enhanced access to opportunities in media, communications, and creative fields.

At its core, this partnership is about nurturing emerging talent and breaking down barriers that hinder diversity in the workplace. Through practical experience and valuable industry connections, Grayling UK and Creative Access are committed to supporting and cultivating the next generation of diverse voices in the industry.

Paid internships

As part of this initiative, Grayling UK will launch a two-month paid summer internship programme, initially based out of its London and Manchester offices. The programme will serve as a platform for participants to gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and network with industry professionals. Creative Access will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment process and providing ongoing career support to interns.

The support offered by Creative Access goes beyond the internship period. Participants will benefit from orientation to the creative industries, personalised mentorship, monthly masterclasses, and continuous professional development opportunities. This holistic approach ensures that interns are equipped with the tools and resources needed to thrive in their careers.

Advantage for All

This collaboration underscores Grayling UK’s unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through its Advantage for All programme. By partnering with Creative Access, Grayling UK aims to bridge the diversity gap, remove barriers, increase representation, and empower individuals from all backgrounds.

Heather Blundell, UK CEO of Grayling UK, emphasised the significance of this partnership, stating, “We aim to bridge the diversity gap, remove barriers, increase representation and empower individuals from all backgrounds. This partnership will bring us a wider talent pool, source different perspectives, and build an inclusive working environment.”

As we look towards the future, Grayling UK and Creative Access are poised to make a meaningful impact on the communications industry by championing diversity and inclusion. Together, we can create a more equitable and vibrant landscape where every voice is heard and valued. If you’d like to join our team, head to our careers page for more information.
