The Challenge

Winning the hearts and minds of locals – Bristol style.

Deliveroo is a melting pot of independent food and flavour, with a soft spot for all things creative. We needed to put Deliveroo back on Bristolians’ takeaway radar and reconnect with the Bristol community. Our goal was to reignite local interest in Deliveroo, emphasising the vibrant indie cuisine scene that Bristolians love.

The Solution

We launched a dynamic TEN-week campaign, deeply rooted in the unique subcultures of Bristol. The campaign was designed to highlight Deliveroo’s 10off10 deal, ensuring it resonated with the city’s distinct personality.

Our strategy included a lively launch event that celebrated all things local. Plus, a mix of earned and paid media coverage, out-of-home advertising that captured attention across the city. Influencer collaborations were used to amplify the message as well as a charity partnership to give back to the community.

The Result

  • 3.1% increase in brand consideration across the city of Bristol for Deliveroo
  • 182 pieces of earned and paid coverage across the whole campaign
  • 152m total campaign reach
