London, 17th<\/sup> March:<\/strong>\u00a0To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Grayling UK<\/a> is proud to announce a new partnership with Lexxic<\/a>, a leading consultancy dedicated to empowering neurodivergent talent in the workplace. This collaboration is a key step in Grayling\u2019s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture where all employees can thrive. The partnership highlights the growing importance of neurodiversity in communications, supporting diverse ways of thinking and experiences as essential for shaping effective campaigns and meaningful client work.<\/p>\n

This is the first time Grayling UK has undertaken an initiative of this scale in the neurodiversity space. Over the next six months, the programme will run across Grayling\u2019s nine UK offices, in which Lexxic will provide education, resources, and practical tools to better support neurodivergent colleagues. The aim is to raise awareness and understanding through line management training, discovery workshops, toolkits and HR support, equipping Grayling with strategies to support neurodivergent team members effectively.<\/p>\n

Following this initial phase, Grayling UK will work with Lexxic to develop a long-term framework and action plan to ensure that neurodiversity awareness and best practices are fully embedded into ways of working.<\/p>\n
