Through practical experience and valuable industry connections, Grayling UK and Creative Access are committed to supporting and cultivating the next generation of diverse voices in the industry.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Paid internships<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>As part of this initiative, Grayling UK will launch a two-month paid summer internship programme, initially based out of its London and Manchester offices. The programme will serve as a platform for participants to gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and network with industry professionals. Creative Access will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment process and providing ongoing career support to interns.<\/p>\n<p>The support offered by Creative Access goes beyond the internship period.
