The Golden Paperclips, hosted by the Association of PR Companies in Poland (ZFPR), is the best known and most prestigious PR awards in Poland.<\/p>\n
The Focus on Success project is an innovative internal communications campaign based on storytelling, the goal of which was to promote a coaching culture among Novo Nordisk\u2019s employees in Central & Eastern Europe and the Baltics. The campaign included a variety of communications tools, including a blog run by a fictional manager, Stan Success, numerous graphic materials and a special competition using elements of gamification.<\/p>\n

Our innovative solutions and know-how combined with the client\u2019s support resulted in a one-of-a-kind internal communications project that not only became an important part of Novo Nordisk\u2019s culture, but has now also gained recognition in the most important PR awards in Poland.
