Mit viel Engagement, Herzblut und der gro\u00dfen Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen, haben zwei junge PR-Talente beeindruckende Karrieren bei Grayling, \u00d6sterreichs f\u00fchrender internationaler PR-Agentur, hingelegt: Maximilian J\u00e4ger ist ab sofort Consultant, Clara Kaindel bereits seit Jahresbeginn Senior Consultant \u2013 beide in der Corporate Affairs Unit der Agentur am Wiener Siebensternplatz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Knapp vier Jahre ist Clara Kaindel<\/strong> (27) Teil der Corporate Affairs Unit bei Grayling, mit Jahresbeginn hat sie den Karrieresprung zum Senior Consultant geschafft. Seit ihrem Einstieg bei Grayling betreut sie namhafte Kunden wie woom, Sonos oder PALFINGER in der klassischen Medienarbeit, Unternehmens- und Markenkommunikation und sammelte au\u00dferdem Auslandserfahrung im Grayling Headquarter in London. Neben ihrer Agentur-T\u00e4tigkeit engagiert sie sich bei den PRVA Newcomers und ist Lektorin an der Fachhochschule St. P\u00f6lten. Vor ihrer Zeit bei Grayling sammelte sie Agentur- und Verbandserfahrung. Clara Kaindel verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Masterabschluss in Kommunikationsmanagement der FH Wien der WKW sowie \u00fcber einen Bachelorabschluss in Media- und Kommunikationsberatung der Fachhochschule St. P\u00f6lten.<\/p>\n

Seit Ende 2021 ist Maximilian<\/strong> J\u00e4ger<\/strong> (27) Teil der Unit Corporate Affairs bei Grayling. Jetzt ist er zum Consultant aufgestiegen. Der geb\u00fcrtige Salzburger startete seine Laufbahn bei Grayling vor mehr als zwei Jahren und bewies sein K\u00f6nnen in den Bereichen Medienarbeit, Public Affairs und Social-Media-Kommunikation f\u00fcr Kunden wie PALFINGER, Huawei, ASFINAG oder die OeKB. Maximilian J\u00e4ger hat einen Master-Abschluss in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft der Universit\u00e4t Wien sowie einen Bachelorabschluss in Internationaler Betriebswirtschaftslehre der WU Wien. Vor seinem Einstieg bei Grayling sammelte er Agenturerfahrung bei Rosam.Gr\u00fcnberger.Jarosch & Partner. Au\u00dferdem hat er schon mehrfach seinen Arbeitsort ins Ausland verlegt und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch, Franz\u00f6sisch, Russisch und Chinesisch. Gerade plant er einen mehrw\u00f6chigen Auslandsaufenthalt bei Grayling in Shanghai.<\/p>\n

Es ist wirklich eine Freude und Ehre, junge Mitarbeitende auf ihrem Weg hin zu Kommunikationsprofis zu begleiten. Mit unserer 32-Stunden-Woche haben wir auch ein Angebot geschaffen, dass die richtige Balance zwischen Arbeit und privaten Interessen und Verpflichtungen sicherstellt. Ich bin tief beeindruckt von der Leistung von Clara Kaindel und Maximilian J\u00e4ger.
