Was das genau bedeutet, erkl\u00e4rt die Agenturgemeinschaft Grayling\/UniqueFessler in einer begleitenden Informations- und Werbekampagne, die kaum einen Kommunikationskanal ausl\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

Die aktuelle Corona-Krise ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung in der 2. Republik, unter anderem f\u00fcr den Arbeitsmarkt. Arbeitsuche muss schnell gehen und mit so wenig Zeitverz\u00f6gerung wie m\u00f6glich funktionieren. Das lange Suchen auf verschiedenen Webseiten muss f\u00fcr Arbeitsuchende einfacher werden. Alle Jobs in \u00d6sterreich finden \u2013 schnell, einfach und unkompliziert \u2013 so funktioniert die neue Job-Suchmaschine des AMS<\/a> \u201ealle jobs\u201c. Grayling<\/a> und UniqueFessler setzen gemeinsam mit dem Kommunikationsteam des AMS eine Informations- und Werbekampagne zum neuen Service um. Kick-off der Kampagne mit vielf\u00e4ltigen Ma\u00dfnahmen, die \u00e4hnlich wie ein Drehbuch aufeinander aufbauen, war eine YouTube Premiere.<\/p>\n

Das neue AMS Service kritisch beleuchtet<\/strong><\/p>\n

Begleitend zur klassischen Medienarbeit zum Launch, feierte der AMS Talk, eine vorab aufgezeichnete, durchaus kritische Diskussionsrunde<\/a> auf dem YouTube Kanal des AMS, Premiere. Neben AMS Vorstand Johannes Kopf und Georg Tomenendal, Projektleiter der neuen Job-Suchmaschine im AMS, nahmen mit Uschi Juno, Beraterin f\u00fcr Onlinekommunikation und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin MOKS, und Fabian Pimminger, Web-Developer und IT-Experte, auch externe Expertinnen und Experten teil. Diese setzten sich vorab mit der Job-Suchmaschine auseinander und gaben Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge an das AMS weiter. \u00dcber den Live Chat zur YouTube Premiere und auf Twitter, beantwortete Johannes Kopf au\u00dferdem Fragen der Community.<\/p>\n

\u201eMit dem AMS Talk wollten wir uns kritisch mit unserer neuen Job-Suchmaschine auseinandersetzen und so hervorheben, wie wichtig uns Transparenz ist. Er bildete au\u00dferdem den Startschuss f\u00fcr die Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen der n\u00e4chsten Wochen\u201c, so Johannes Kopf, Vorstand AMS \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n

Sigrid Krupica, CEO, Grayling Austria, erg\u00e4nzt: \u201e\u00d6ffentliche IT-Projekte in dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung werden in sozialen Medien oft hei\u00df diskutiert und kritisch hinterfragt. Es war f\u00fcr uns daher ein logischer Schritt, proaktiv das Gespr\u00e4ch zu suchen und zu einem offenen Austausch einzuladen.\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201ealle jobs\u201c \u2013 online, unterwegs und im TV<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eEs geht darum, alle relevanten Zielgruppen in \u00d6sterreich sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Je schneller die neue Suchmaschine bekannt wird, um so schneller k\u00f6nnen sich Arbeitsuchende auf das \u201aFinden\u2018 einer neuen Stelle konzentrieren. Und so wurde eine einfache Story entwickelt, die in allen Medien den Nutzen von \u201aalle jobs\u2018 rasch bekannt macht\u201c, so Robert Judtmann von UniqueFessler, verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Konzeption der Kampagne.<\/p>\n

In drei Videos werden die Vorteile der neuen Job-Suchmaschine mittels allt\u00e4glicher Szenen \u2013 wie einem Tischfu\u00dfballspiel \u2013 beschrieben. Die Sujets stehen alle symbolisch f\u00fcr die schnelle, \u00fcbersichtliche Jobsuche und den Zugriff auf alle online ausgeschriebenen Stellen in \u00d6sterreich. Neben online Streaming-Plattformen und Social-Media-Kan\u00e4len, sind gek\u00fcrzte Versionen der Videos als Digital-Out-Of-Home (DOOH) Sujets via digitaler Screens in \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Haltestellen \u00f6sterreichweit zu sehen.<\/p>\n

\u00dcber interaktive Online-Banner k\u00f6nnen interessierte Personen selbst die Jobsuche ausprobieren und im Fernsehen wird \u00fcber eine \u201aAddressable TV-Kampagne\u2018 beim Senderwechsel auf die neue Job-Suchmaschine hingewiesen. Au\u00dferdem erwartet R\u00e4tsel-Fans Ende April ein Kreuzwortr\u00e4tsel Spezial zum Thema Arbeitsmarkt in der Tageszeitung Der Standard \u2013 in der Printausgabe und online. Ein unter anderem auf \u00d63 laufender, H\u00f6rfunk-Spot sowie Kleininserate und sogenannte \u201aTitelseitenecken\u2018 in reichweitenstarken Printmedien in ganz \u00d6sterreich, runden die Kampagne ab.<\/p>\n
