On 20 May 2020 the European Commission published its landmark \u201cFarm to Fork\u201d strategy.<\/p>\n
At the heart of the European Green Deal, the strategy aims to promote the transition to sustainable food systems in Europe, taking a universal approach, from food production to consumption, to achieve \u2013 according to the Commission \u2013 \u201chealthy people, healthy societies and a healthy planet\u201d.<\/p>\n
