Sie entwickelt umfassende Strategien f\u00fcr die externe und interne Kommunikation, betreut Kunden aus der Verpackungsindustrie sowie dem Premium-Kinderfahrradsegment und steuert komplexe Projekte. Die Medienlandschaft in \u00d6sterreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz kennt sie ebenso gut wie die internationalen M\u00e4rkte. Auslandsaufenthalte im Rahmen vom Grayling-Agenturaustauschprogramm in Spanien und Finnland vervollst\u00e4ndigen ihr Profil. Die geb\u00fcrtige K\u00e4rntnerin studierte Kommunikationswissenschaft in Salzburg und schloss ihren Master mit Schwerpunkt digitale Kommunikation an der Universit\u00e4t Mannheim ab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lena Schmid (27)<\/strong> steigt zur Senior Consultant in der Brand Reputation Unit von Grayling DACH auf. Sie ber\u00e4t Kunden strategisch in den Bereichen Media- und Influencer-Relations sowie Projekt- und Eventmanagement und entwickelt als Account Lead ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Kommunikationskonzepte f\u00fcr nationale und internationale Marken aus den Bereichen Tourismus, Mobilit\u00e4t sowie Gastronomie und Handel. Aus ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit bei Radio Wien und in verschiedenen Magazinredaktionen verf\u00fcgt sie \u00fcber ein tiefes Verst\u00e4ndnis der heimischen Medienlandschaft und ausgepr\u00e4gte Storytelling-Kompetenz. Die Wienerin schloss ihren Bachelor in Journalismus und Medienmanagement an der FH Wien der WKW ab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Aufstiege von Victoria und Lena zeigen, wie wertvoll es ist, eigene Talente gezielt zu f\u00f6rdern und ihnen Raum zur Entwicklung zu geben.
