Sie entwickelt und steuert integrierte Kommunikationskampagnen \u00fcber s\u00e4mtliche Kan\u00e4le und setzt dabei ihr Know-how in Konzeption, Eventmanagement, Design sowie ESG-Kommunikation gezielt ein. Agenturintern treibt sie die Entwicklung KI-gest\u00fctzter Kommunikationsans\u00e4tze voran. 2022 gewann sie den Austrian Young PR Award mit ihrem Konzept f\u00fcr \u201ePAKT\u201c. Vor Grayling war die geb\u00fcrtige Klosterneuburgerin bei Themata Kommunikation sowie f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfevents wie den Life Ball und die Vienna Fashion Week im Einsatz. Sie absolvierte einen Bachelor in Marketing und Kommunikation an der University of Applied Sciences St. P\u00f6lten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valerie Pechhacker-Prei\u00df (32)<\/strong> ber\u00e4t erfolgreich Kunden wie die Austrian Development Agency, Wolt, die Vollpension, die \u00d6sterreich Werbung sowie die Sonnenstrom-Offensive der Stadt Wien. Sie liefert integrierte Kommunikationsl\u00f6sungen \u2013 von strategischer PR-Beratung \u00fcber Content- und Wording-Projekte bis hin zu Event- und Krisenkommunikation. Vor ihrem Einstieg bei Grayling sammelte die geb\u00fcrtige Wienerin Erfahrung im \u00f6ffentlichen Sektor, im wissenschaftlichen Umfeld und im Non-Profit-Bereich, unter anderem bei der \u00d6sterreichischen Botschaft in Berlin und der Stadt Wien. Seit vielen Jahren arbeitet sie zudem bei einem Caring Community-Projekt in der Wiener Josefstadt. \u00a0Sie studierte Geschichte und Politikwissenschaft an der Universit\u00e4t Wien und ist ausgebildete Berufssprecherin mit Erfahrung in der Eventmoderation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Franziska Wamsler (26)<\/strong> ist f\u00fcr zahlreiche nationale und internationale Kunden wie die Porsche Holding, PALFINGER, den \u00d6sterreichischen Bundesverlag Schulbuch sowie die Stadt Wien (Wiener Wasser, \u00d6koKauf Wien) t\u00e4tig. Sie verantwortet die Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Medienstrategien, die Steuerung von Kampagnen, das Projektmanagement von Website- und Rebranding-Projekten sowie die inhaltliche Ausarbeitung zentraler Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen. Sie war Teil des Projektteams der Bewusstseinskampagne f\u00fcr Wiener Wasser, die mit dem Staatspreis PR 2023 ausgezeichnet wurde. Ihre Expertise umfasst digitale Kommunikation, Corporate Publishing, Investor Relations und CEO-Positionierung. Vor ihrem Einstieg bei Grayling war die geb\u00fcrtige M\u00fcnchnerin im Bayerischen Staatsministerium der Finanzen und f\u00fcr Heimat t\u00e4tig. Sie studierte Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre und absolvierte einen Master in Marketing an der Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t Wien.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDiese Aufstiege zeigen, wie konsequent wir bei Grayling auf die Entwicklung eigener Talente setzen.
