Every great company has a story to tell. Your purpose, your values, what keeps you up at night, what gets you out of bed in the morning. What sets you apart from your competitors.
Your story is your secret weapon.
Distill it, sharpen it, and get it heard – by the right people, at the right time, whether it’s other businesses, consumers or government – using a data-driven strategy. That’s intelligent storytelling. That’s influence.
It changes opinions, behaviors, sales numbers, business outcomes.
It’s what we’re here to do for you.
We were the first international agency to land in Romania and we’re still one of the few truly full-service agencies here today.
We’re the only one around with the power, experience and connection to deliver integrated corporate communication, public affairs and public relation services, all to the same high standard.
We’ve handpicked our Bucharest team to be a true collective intelligence, with expertise across management consulting, journalism, government relations, public sector and marketing.
Boosted by our connection with 30 other Grayling teams across the globe, more great minds cross paths here than the Victory Square itself. (Maybe we’re exaggerating a bit but you get the idea.)
It’s this perfect blend of international experience and local knowledge that’s helped us build long relationships with clients like Google, IKEA, Dacia Renault and Visa Europe, as we grow their brand value and revenues.
And it’s how we’ll get you and your story heard – and remembered.
Got one to tell?
Give us a bell at Grayling, Bucharest.

The launch of the Danube Delta on Google Street View
Our brief was to put more than 1200 km of channels and dirt roads of the Danube Delta on Google Street View, and share its beauty with the world on Google Maps.
We invited YouTube creators and journalists from eight CEE countries to come on a trip to the middle of Danube Delta to show them the Google Street View trekker in action, collecting the images. We showed them how Google technology can help people discover the world they live in, its beauty and fragility, and how to respect it and protect it. While the Street View trekker explained technology, and trained our guests in using Google’s tools useful for travelling, representatives of WWF introduced them to the conservation and preservation of the Danube Delta’s nature, wildlife and traditions.

PokerStars YouTube Poker Combat - regional campaign mixing live & online poker
A complete poker game experience for three popular vloggers and their communities, mixing both online and live poker.
We identified three leading vloggers to take part and set up Fan Tournamnets for them, enabling them to play with their communities in two tournaments: a freeroll and a 1$ buy-in (six tournaments in total).
These tournaments led to Online Finals – one with the vloggers competing against each other, and one that saw the top 20% of the fans from each of the six Fan Tournaents compete.
We then staged a Live Final at PSC Prague, with the winning fan and YouTuber teaming up to represent Romania against winners from Czech Republic and Germany.

Drafting the ride hailing bill with Coalition for Digital Economy
The Taxi Association pressured the Government, through massive street protests, to pass a Governmental Emergency Ordinance (GEO) that would ban ride hailing apps.
The Government responded by promising to pass a GEO that would regulate the ride hailing apps. In this process we have drafted amendments to the Bill, took part in the public debate organized by Ministry of Transportation, and participated in all relevant discussion groups.
We organised meetings for the Coaltion with the Minister of Development and Minister of Transportation, briefing them on the advantages this sector would bring to minimising city traffic.
We communicated with all stakeholders involved in this legislative process, including all MPs on the Committees involved in drafting the Bill.
The Bill passed, securing the future of the ride-hailing apps in Romania.
